The optimal combination for efficient patient rescue using short and spine boards.
The shortboard is used for the initial immobilization of patients in the tightest of conditions. At 1.2 cm thick and 80 cm long, there are hardly any scenarios in which the shortboard cannot help. In order to then transport patients completely and safely, the shortboard, including the patient, can be placed on the spine board and transported for initial treatment.

The shortboard is a much shorter version of the well-known spine board, which only immobilizes the patient from the head to the pelvis . It is used primarily for accident rescue, as it can also be used in the tightest of spaces in the interior of the vehicle. Here it is inserted between the seat and the patient's back.

This not only protects the patient from work on the seat, but also stabilizes them at the same time.
